Biography of Han Trinh
Ms. Duy Han is a familiar figure in cultural,
religious, and community activities within the Vietnamese Canadian community.
With dedication, humility and perseverance, she has contributed to many areas
over the years.
Presently working
as a Systems Analyst, supporting technology and operational solutions within a
financial and insurance sector organization.
Religious and Family Involvement
From her early days in Canada, Ms. Han was an
active member of church choirs and served as Vice-President for Internal Affairs
of the Marriage Enrichment Program in Toronto.

Literature – Journalism – Arts
Under her pen name Nguyễn Ngọc Duy Hân,
she is well known among overseas Vietnamese readers. Her writings have been
featured in many newspapers and magazines such as Viet Lifestyle, Chân Lý,
Viettimes, Thời Mới, Người Việt Boston, Vietnam Daily, as well as various special
publications and community websites.
She is currently a member of the Vietnamese PEN Center of Southern
USA and Editor-in-Chief of
the Viet
Lifestyle USA monthly magazine.
Her artwork has been used in numerous
newspapers and student publications. She has produced multiple collections of
poetry, prose, and children’s stories for Vietnamese language learners, and her
works appear in various anthologies.
In addition, Duy Han has designed community special editions, posters,
commemorative cards, condolence announcements, and has created
many artistic slideshows, featured on the Trần Năng Phùng channel and
other online platforms.
Media and Program Coordination
Ms. Duy Han has served as MC for
various cultural events, fundraisers, and community forums.
She has conducted many cultural and social talk shows with Vietnamese Television in
Calgary, Canada through the program “Colours of Life”,
and she has collaborated closely with the Vietnamese Canadian Federation in
communications and outreach.
Each week, she authors the column “Writing for Love” in
the Thời Mới weekly newspaper.
Awards and Recognition
Ms. Duy Han has received multiple literary awards and commendations
from the Government of Canada for her cultural and community contributions.

Tiểu Sử Duy Hân
Chị Duy Hân là một gương mặt quen thuộc trong sinh
hoạt văn hóa, tôn giáo và cộng đồng người Việt tại Canada. Với tinh thần dấn
thân, khiêm nhường và bền bỉ, chị Hân đã đóng góp trong nhiều lãnh vực khác
nhau nhiều năm qua.
Hiện
đang làm việc với vai trò Chuyên viên Phân tích Kỹ Thuật cho Công Ty tài chính
và bảo hiểm của Canada.

những ngày đầu định cư, chị Hân đã là thành viên ca đoàn, và từng là Phó Nội Vụ của Chương Trình Thăng Tiến

Ngọc Duy Hân là bút hiệu quen thuộc với độc giả hải ngoại. Bài viết của Hân

trên channel Trần Năng Phùng và nhiều trang mạng khác.
Truyền thông & điều hợp chương trình
Chị Duy Hân
đã đảm nhiệm vai trò MC cho nhiều chương trình văn nghệ, gây quỹ và hội thoại
cộng đồng.
Hân cũng thực hiện nhiều buổi hội thoại
văn hoá – xã hội với Đài Truyền Hình Việt Nam tại Calgary (Canada) qua
chương trình “Cuộc Sống Muôn Màu”, và cộng tác truyền thông với Liên Hội
Người Việt Canada. Hằng tuần, chị Duy Hân có chuyên mục “Viết Cho Yêu Thương” trên tuần báo Thời Mới
Chị Duy Hân
đã nhận được nhiều giải thưởng văn
chương và bằng khen của Chính
Phủ Canada.
